Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics) and assess commercial viability
- Design scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of breakthrough innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state capabilities
- Establish KPIs and analytics models to measure innovation ROI and strategic impact
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to the board of directors
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least three enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making proficiency
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certified in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change
