Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and startups
- Assess technical feasibility and ROI of emerging technologies
- Build foresight models for potential disruptions in 2026-2030
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Prior startup or corporate innovation lab experience required
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
