Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing initiatives
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to position company as industry thought leader
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architecture
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
