- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with agile resource allocation
- Patent novel technological concepts and defend intellectual property portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley startups
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals or conferences
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-style innovation funding
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
