Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track implementation progress
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Advise on ethical implications and regulatory compliance of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
