- Mentor R&D teams in future-proof architecture principles
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience building diversity-innovation frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish a plus
