Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation tech solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis, patent research, and startup scouting
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
