- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Partner with C-suite executives to define 5-year innovation portfolios
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformation initiatives
