Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategies aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core products
- Build strategic partnerships with tech incubators, research labs, and academic institutions
- Present compelling tech roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting programs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or venture capital
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven track record of commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and innovation hubs
- Exceptional data literacy with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture highly desirable
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech communities
