Our Austin hub offers unparalleled resources including a quantum research lab, biodegradable material testing facilities, and a neural interface development center. This position reports directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and includes stock options in our pre-IPO growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces and autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global sustainability initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-integration, climate AI)
- Architect scalable frameworks for human-AI collaboration in industrial settings
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2020-2025 roadmap delivery)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing protocols and neural network optimization
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on tech ethics or sustainable innovation
- Experience with federal grant writing (DARPA, NSF) for future-tech initiatives
- Certified in Quantum Engineering (QCE) and AI Governance (AIGC)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable technology transformations
