Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies with 18-24 month horizons
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and shareholder value
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future-tech initiatives, measuring ROI and adoption rates
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to stay ahead of emerging trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: generative AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and scenario modeling
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or technology architecture frameworks
