Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to develop proof-of-concepts and pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Develop KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 3-5 year horizon planning
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
