- Mentor senior engineers in next-gen technologies and prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future tech planning
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, spatial computing
- Executive experience scaling innovation teams (50+ engineers)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
