- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product development and service offerings
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Build and mentor a dedicated future technology scouting team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps that drove market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, biotech convergence, climate tech)
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused initiatives
