Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire transformative startups
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic blueprints to board members with ROI modeling for emerging tech
- Build and lead a global futurist network of industry experts
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published research in emerging technologies with minimum 3 patents filed
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- C-level presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology disruption in regulated industries
