Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into commercial offerings
- Present strategic visions to investors, clients, and industry forums
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping with measurable KPIs
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons and innovation challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a technology focus
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 successful tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, INNOVA) preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
