Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate future-ready talent pipeline
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record forecasting and implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry platforms
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
