Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Lead technology due diligence for strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities and product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a high-performing futurist research team
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech environments (startup to enterprise)
