Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections and market disruptions

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological shifts and position Innovatech as an industry pioneer

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 transformative tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Experience with scenario planning, patent development, and tech commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
