Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI Ethics from Tier-1 institution

- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 500+ professionals
- Expertise in blockchain governance and decentralized networks
