Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and innovation gap assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage technology forecasting models and scenario planning frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in strategic planning tools
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CIPM) preferred
