Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains including generative AI, decentralized systems, and climate-tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate startup innovations
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 organizations
