- Build and manage an internal innovation lab focused on prototyping 2026-ready technologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and track impact against business transformation goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and market adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching commercialized technologies with measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO) or technology foresight methodologies
