Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of implementing transformative tech initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi methods and horizon scanning
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell preferred)
- Global network of connections in DARPA, IEEE, and Singularity University
