Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and innovation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems and quantum applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Collaborate with policymakers on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M for experimental technology initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech innovation
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Julia)
