Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for next-gen tech landscapes
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
