Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year adoption potential
- Lead innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors
- Manage $10M+ R&D portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Build and lead a team of 8+ futurist researchers
- Publish quarterly industry outlook reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Business Innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC partnerships
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
