Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with industry trends and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT solutions for 2026 deployment
- Analyze emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption metrics
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or equivalent
