Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 industry forecasts and market disruptions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategy to board members and investors with compelling ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global tech adoption
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching enterprise-level technology initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
