- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present technology visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor talent in emerging tech domains and build innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (AI/quantum/AR preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures methodology and technology forecasting
- Exceptional leadership with experience scaling tech teams
