Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee pilot programs for novel tech implementations in production environments
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and adoption impact
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in technology strategy
- 8+ years experience in technology consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: generative AI, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) or equivalent
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for AI/autonomous systems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
