- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-generation product roadmaps with 5-year implementation horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks including risk mitigation and ROI modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in future-tech domains: quantum applications, AI ethics, neurotech, or spatial computing
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
