Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts for 2026
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) with $10M+ R&D budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to position InnovateX as industry pioneer
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for innovation scouting
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ revenue streams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred

- Experience managing global teams across 3+ time zones
