• Mentor next-gen tech innovators through our Future Leaders incubator program
Responsibilities
- Design and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with global megatrends
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Quantify ROI for frontier tech investments through predictive modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neuromorphic research labs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic insights to board members and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/AR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certified in Futures Thinking methodologies (e.g., CertFF) or equivalent
- Expertise in regulatory landscape for autonomous systems and digital assets
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on technology adoption curves
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
