Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolios and track ROI of R&D initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
