Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and corporate objectives
- Lead innovation sprints for quantum computing and AI integration projects
- Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments in emerging tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders and guide product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
