- Drive innovation initiatives through R&D pipeline management
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting strategy

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and market disruptions
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Executive communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience building tech ecosystems and strategic alliances
