Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI safety
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends and market disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire breakthrough startups
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and other future-focused global forums
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Oversee $10M+ annual R&D budget allocation across moonshot projects
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on product launches or research commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on digital transformation
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred for global collaboration
