- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum, bio-computing, neuromorphic AI)
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable tech integration and ethical AI deployment
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year market vision
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, tech S-curves)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, whitepapers, TED talks)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
