- Manage innovation portfolios with $10M+ annual budgets and KPI-driven success metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in tech strategy
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
