- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and generative AI systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience building ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000-2022)
- Prior success in scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
