Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead emerging technology evaluation (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 integration)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive innovations and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess compliance implications
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and futures methodology
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
