Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Champion innovation through R&D initiatives and strategic partnerships with tech pioneers
- Present compelling technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and recommend strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar senior tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing organizational change
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
