Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for sustainable smart cities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, decentralized networks) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact models
- Mentor innovation fellows in ethical technology development and responsible scaling
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and national innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing architectures, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with >$50M revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Security clearance for national innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
