- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Translate technical feasibility into executive-level business cases with ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership frameworks on ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling commercialized quantum/AI solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI acts)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing architectures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Experience with UN SDG alignment for tech deployments
