Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-digital convergence) into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia for technology scouting
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption risks and opportunities using market intelligence and data analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable innovation practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech-digital interfaces
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable ROI and market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and technology forecasting
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, Technology Management, or Innovation Strategy (e.g., CDMP, CTO Academy)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital communities
