Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition/partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and anticipate policy impacts on emerging tech
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-level executives and technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (preferred)
