Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor technical teams in futuristic methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Author thought leadership papers on technology's societal impact post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces, or AGI
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Physics preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks (EU AI Act, IEEE 7000)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published research or patents in peer-reviewed journals/conferences
