Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and UN Technology Division
- Present findings at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI safety
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, carbon-negative tech
- Fluency in regulatory landscapes across EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and Global Digital Compact
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
