Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused initiatives
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech innovators and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services in competitive markets
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy publications
